Description: 
1. It is a kind of smelting-type mid-Mn mid-Si and mid-F flux. 
2. It is brown to light-yellow glassy particles
2. The mesh of 8-40(25-0.45mm)and 14-40(1.5-0.45mm). 
3. During the course of welding, either direct-current or alternating-current can be adopted, and welding wires are connected to the positive electrode when the former is adopted. The welding performance is excellent. 

Usage: 
It is used in the welding of low-alloy steel(such as16Mn, 15MnV, 15MnVN, etc) structures in conjunction with welding wires(such as H08MnA, H10Mn2, H08Mn2Mo, etc). It is widely used in the welding of ships, boilers, high-pressure vessels, etc. The flux with fine particle size can be used in the fine-wire submerge-arc welding of thinplate structures. 

Cautions: 

1. Impurities on the welding surface must be removed before welding, such as oil, moisture, rust, etc. 
2. The flux must be baked for 2 hours under the temperature of 300-400ºC before it is used.
