It is made of fiberglass fabric, coated with FDA grade PTFE and are by special process. Used as varios of liners to resist high temperature, such as microwave liner, over liner, or other liners.
Properties of PTFE baking mat:
*Heat-resistant up to 260º C / 500º F
*Food can be easily removed from the basket without sticking
*Better hot-air circulation so that the food does not have to be turned
*The holes allow the steam to escape so that the food becomes crispy and crusty much more quickly
*Prevents food from going soggy
*The sheet can simply be cleaned in soapy water or in a dishwasher
How to use :
Simply place a piece of backing mat in your oven with your food on top and the mesh will allow the air to circulate creating an even all over crisp.
This handy size can easily be cleaned with warm soapy water and placed in a drawer until next time.

1. The quality of Teflon coated glass fiber cloth, excellent anti adhesive, can easily remove surface grease, stains can be used repeatedly.

Application:

Electric grill oven --- put in the oven bottom.
