Polypropylene Filter Cloth



Specifications:



Polypropylene filter cloth can be divided into short polypropylene fiber and long polypropylene filter cloth.The yarns which are made of long polypropylene fiber are very slippery. So the bursting strength and gas permeability of the long polypropylene are much better than that of the short poly-filter cloth.The surface of industry filter-cloth which are made of polypropylene fiber is very smooth. So it is suitable for powder filtering.





Advantage of filter cloth:



1.Polyester filter cloth smooth surface, good wear resistance, high strength, higher strength and better wear. Monofilament is constructed of monofilament fiber, which make fabrics high tensile strength, not blocked easily ,moreover, the yarn could not rupture easily.



2.After heat setting treatment, the monofilament fabrics are dimension steady, stable performance and hole size uniformity.



3. The monofilament fabric are surface smooth after calendar finishing, which make cake discharged easily and fabrics reused.



Main applications:



Separation in solid and liquid to equip with filter press, conveyor belts filtration machine. Rotary disc and rotary drum in chemical industry, mining industry, coal industry, food and beverage industry, metal smelting, water and waste water treatment and so on.
