After different surface chemical treatment and finishing technology, it also has the functions of easy to clean ash, water repellent and anti oil, antistatic and so on. Compared with synthetic high temperature resistant filter material, it overcomes the weakness of chemical fiber filter material such as elongation, deformation, low temperature resistance and poor corrosion resistance. The size is stable, the strength is better, and the price is lower than other high temperature resistant chemical fibers. Widely used in iron and steel, nonferrous metals smelting, chemical, carbon black, building materials, power and other sectors.
The wear resistance, flexural strength and peel strength of FMS filter media are obviously higher than those of glass fiber filter media.
The filtration speed is above 1.0m/min and the running resistance is low.
